By using TWZRD ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

TWZRD is an open-source protocol on Solana that distributes CCM tokens based on attention signals from various platforms. The claims portal allows users to link their accounts and claim earned tokens.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for complying with laws in your jurisdiction
• By connecting your wallet, you confirm you have authority over that wallet

3. User Responsibilities

• Keep your wallet credentials secure
• Do not attempt to manipulate or game the attention oracle
• Do not use the Service for illegal activities

4. Token Distribution

• CCM token distribution is based on algorithmic scoring of attention signals
• We do not guarantee any specific token amounts or values
• Token distribution schedules may change without notice

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or token values.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWZRD and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Open Source

The protocol code is open source under MIT/Apache 2.0 licenses. You may review, fork, and contribute via GitHub.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
