Terms of Service | TWZRD
TWZRD is a trust rail for agent payments: it helps software agents check who they are about to pay over the x402 standard, and verify what happened afterward. These simple terms cover the website, the trust-rail API, TWZRD Guard, our MCP tools, and any other TWZRD products we offer. In these terms, "we," "us," and "TWZRD" mean TWZRD, Inc., a Delaware corporation and the operator of TWZRD.
What we offer
We provide a trust rail and related tools: a free preflight check, signed trust receipts, TWZRD Guard middleware, MCP tools for agent frameworks, docs, and a paid API. Things can change or go away at any time. Public pages are just info — no promises about future features or pricing.
Agent-native: Guard and MCP
TWZRD Guard is optional middleware you can place in your agent's payment flow, and our MCP tools expose the trust rail to agent frameworks. They give your agent a readiness signal before it pays, and can screen a settlement. They are tools you choose to wire in — you stay in control of your agent and its decisions.
Access and being respectful
Some parts might be invite-only or limited. Please don't share private docs or data without permission, scrape things in ways we didn't intend, or pretend to be us.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 18. This isn't for anyone younger.
Your side of things
- You're responsible for how you use TWZRD and anything it gives you.
- You're responsible for the wallets, accounts, and tools you connect.
- Follow the law and don't abuse the service (rate limits, access rules, etc.).
- Keep your login stuff and devices secure.
Agents act for you
If you run an agent that uses TWZRD, you are responsible for what your agent does — including every payment it makes or skips. Our preflight and Guard are advisory: they give a signal, not a decision, and not a guarantee. The choice to pay, hold, or settle is always yours, or your agent's acting on your behalf. You are responsible for the wallet and keys your agent uses.
The trust rail is advice, not a guarantee
A preflight result is our best read of public on-chain behavior at that moment. It is not a promise that a counterparty is safe, solvent, or honest, and it is not financial advice. New activity can change a signal. Don't treat a single result as certainty.
We're middleware, not a payment rail
TWZRD never holds, moves, or custodies your funds. We are not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, facilitator, or payment processor. x402 payments settle directly between wallets on the blockchain — TWZRD only observes that public activity and advises. Using a facilitator is optional and is a matter between you and that facilitator.
x402 and the paid API
We offer a paid API (for example at intel.twzrd.xyz) that charges in USDC per call using the x402 payment standard. Fees for the paid API are non-refundable. A facilitator is optional. Our acceptable-use rules and the rest of these terms apply to the paid API.
What you can't do
Don't try to break our security, pull out bulk data the wrong way, fake our branding, or use our private stuff to build something that competes with us without asking.
Our stuff
We keep the rights to TWZRD and what we make. You can use it as we allow. If you give us feedback, we can use it freely.
Not advice
Nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice. It's just what the service shows.
Third parties and public networks
Some features involve wallets, blockchains, or other services. Those have their own rules. Anything you put on a public network is permanent and not under our control. Fees are generally non-refundable.
Crypto risks
Parts of the service involve cryptocurrency and on-chain payments. By using them you accept these risks:
- Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. We cannot undo or refund them.
- You are solely responsible for your own taxes and for reporting them correctly.
- Only use funds you can afford to lose.
Nothing on this site is a security, an investment, financial advice, or a recommendation. You are responsible for your own decisions.
If things go wrong
We may pause or stop your access if you break the rules, cause problems, or for security reasons.
We're not in control of everything
TWZRD relies on outside systems and providers. We can't be blamed for their problems.
Basics
Everything is provided as-is, with no warranties of any kind. We do our best, but no guarantees.
Keeping it simple
We try to be fair. If something bad happens because of the service, our responsibility is limited to what the law allows. We're not on the hook for indirect or wild stuff.
Sanctions and eligibility
By using TWZRD, you represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargo, and that you are not on any sanctions list (for example, lists maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or other applicable authorities). You agree not to use the service on behalf of any such person or to circumvent sanctions or export controls.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If a dispute comes up, let's try to sort it out informally first. Email us at privacy@twzrd.xyz with a short description of the issue and what you'd like to happen. We'll do the same in good faith. Many problems can be resolved this way without anything formal. If we can't resolve it within a reasonable time, any remaining dispute is subject to the courts or process set out by the governing jurisdiction above.
Changes
If we update these, keep using the service and that means you agree to the new version.
