Terms of Service
TWZRD is a private-access technology service. These terms govern the website, private software, authenticated interfaces, data products, communications, and any other TWZRD surface we make available.
Service scope
TWZRD may provide websites, documentation, private applications, client software, APIs, agent interfaces, data, signals, proofs, payment-enabled features, public-network interactions, and related services. Features may change, pause, become private, or be removed at any time.
Public pages are informational. They do not promise availability, future access, feature parity, pricing, integrations, or continued support for any surface.
Private access and confidentiality
Access to TWZRD may be invitation-only, gated, or otherwise limited. Access credentials, private links, non-public documentation, screenshots, communications, data, outputs, pricing, roadmap, architecture, and product behavior are confidential unless TWZRD has expressly made them public.
You may not disclose, publish, benchmark, scrape, mirror, resell, transfer, or give access to private TWZRD materials without written permission. Invitations, accounts, API keys, and other access credentials are personal to the approved user or organization.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TWZRD. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf. TWZRD is not designed for use by children.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for how you use TWZRD and its outputs.
- You are responsible for software, scripts, wallets, agents, and accounts you connect to TWZRD.
- You must comply with applicable law and respect access controls, rate limits, authentication rules, and service boundaries.
- You are responsible for securing credentials, devices, wallets, keys, tokens, and authentication material used to access TWZRD.
Restricted uses
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract non-public methods.
- Probe, bypass, or weaken authentication, metering, or security controls.
- Harvest, mirror, or bulk export TWZRD data outside approved interfaces.
- Use TWZRD outputs, documentation, or telemetry to train models, build competing datasets, or operate a competing service without written permission.
- Publish performance claims, screenshots, private outputs, benchmarks, or operational details without written permission.
- Misrepresent TWZRD outputs, documentation, or branding as your own.
Intellectual property
TWZRD and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, interfaces, data products, signals, proofs, documentation, designs, names, marks, systems, and non-public methods. No rights are granted except the limited right to use TWZRD as expressly authorized.
You retain rights you already hold in content you provide, but you grant TWZRD the rights needed to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the service. Feedback may be used by TWZRD without restriction or compensation.
No advice
TWZRD does not provide investment, legal, tax, or operational advice. Outputs are informational and should not be treated as guarantees, instructions, or promises of performance.
Payments, wallets, and public networks
Some features may require payment, wallet interaction, signatures, or public-network transactions. Fees are non-refundable unless TWZRD states otherwise. Public-network transactions may be visible, irreversible, delayed, failed, or permanent outside TWZRD's control. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before approving them.
Access, suspension, and termination
TWZRD may limit, suspend, revoke, or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, especially for abuse, security risk, credential sharing, rate-limit violations, non-payment, legal risk, confidentiality violations, or breach of these terms.
Third-party systems
TWZRD depends on third-party infrastructure, networks, computation, identity, payment, and communications providers. TWZRD is not responsible for outages, delays, data loss, network behavior, provider decisions, or failures in those systems.
No warranties
TWZRD is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWZRD and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, tokens, access, goodwill, or business arising from use of the service.
Indemnification
If your use of TWZRD violates these terms or causes TWZRD to face a third-party claim, you agree to cover our resulting costs and liabilities.
Governing law
These terms and your use of TWZRD are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes
TWZRD may update these terms by posting a revised version on this site and updating the effective date above. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
