Terms of Service

Who we are and what these terms cover

In these terms, "we," "us," and "TWZRD" mean TWZRD, Inc., a Delaware corporation and the operator of TWZRD. These terms cover the website, the free preflight, an installed buyer gate, optional paid V7 receipts, our MCP tools, the paid API, our x402 facilitator, and any other TWZRD product we offer.

What we offer

• Free preflight. An advisory check that returns allow, warn, or block. By itself it does not stop a separate payment client.
• Installed buyer gate. You can install a buyer gate in your own agent's payment path. It can refuse before the operator's signer (the software that signs a payment with the wallet's key) runs. You stay in control of the agent, the wallet, and the keys.
• Paid V7 receipts. An optional signed receipt that you can verify offline.
• MCP tools, docs, and a paid API.

Things can change or go away at any time. Public pages are information, not promises about future features or pricing. Some parts may be invite-only or limited.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18.

By using TWZRD, you represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargo, and that you are not on any sanctions list (for example, lists maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or other applicable authorities). You agree not to use the service on behalf of any such person or to circumvent sanctions or export controls.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for how you use TWZRD and anything it gives you.
• You are responsible for the wallets, accounts, and tools you connect.
• Follow the law, and respect rate limits and access rules.
• Keep your wallet keys, credentials, and devices secure.
• If you run an agent that uses TWZRD, you are responsible for what your agent does, including every payment it makes or skips.

Advice, not a guarantee

A preflight result is our best read of public on-chain behavior at that moment. It is not a promise that a counterparty is safe, solvent, honest, or will deliver. New activity can change a signal, so don't treat a single result as certainty. Nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice.

Payments, our facilitator, and fees

We are not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, or payment processor. TWZRD does not hold or custody funds.

We do run an optional x402 facilitator at intel.twzrd.xyz. A facilitator verifies a payment you have already signed and submits it to the network; it cannot sign for you. Network fees for a submission are paid from our sponsor wallet. The USDC moves from your wallet to the payee in that signed payment; we do not hold or custody it. For a settlement we sponsor, we may invoice a small fee (currently 0.01 USDC); it is billed separately and is not taken out of your payment. Other sellers may point at our facilitator or use a different one. Our own paid API currently settles through a third-party facilitator.

Our paid API (for example at intel.twzrd.xyz) charges in USDC per call using the x402 payment standard. A settled paid call is non-refundable. If a paid call reports an error after your payment settled, check the settlement before paying again: a second payment for the same call is also a settled payment. Our acceptable-use rules and the rest of these terms apply to the paid API and the facilitator.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• try to break our security or get around access rules;
• pull out bulk data in ways we didn't intend, or scrape the service against its rules;
• share private docs or data without permission;
• pretend to be us or fake our branding;
• use our non-public material to build a competing product without asking.

We may pause or stop your access if you break these terms, cause problems for the service or other users, or for security reasons.

Our rights

We keep the rights to TWZRD and what we make. You can use it as these terms allow. If you give us feedback, we can use it freely.

Crypto risks and other services

Some features involve wallets, blockchains, or other services, which have their own rules. Anything you put on a public network is permanent and outside our control. By using the parts of the service that involve cryptocurrency and on-chain payments, you accept these risks:

• Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. We cannot undo or refund them, and settled payments are non-refundable.
• You are solely responsible for your own taxes and for reporting them correctly.
• Only use funds you can afford to lose.

Nothing on this site is a security, an investment, financial advice, or a recommendation. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. TWZRD relies on outside systems and providers, and we are not responsible for outages or errors in systems we don't run. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility is limited, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If a dispute comes up, let's try to sort it out informally first. Email us at privacy@twzrd.xyz with a short description of the issue and what you'd like to happen, and we will respond in good faith. If we can't resolve it within a reasonable time, any remaining dispute is subject to the courts or process set out by the governing jurisdiction above.

Changes and contact

If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top. If you keep using the service after an update, you agree to the new version.
