Accessibility Statement
Effective: December 31, 2025 · Last Updated: February 13, 2026
Commitment
TWZRD is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
Measures to Support Accessibility
TWZRD takes the following measures to support accessibility of the Interface:
- Use of semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks for screen reader compatibility
- Keyboard operability with visible focus indicators
- We aim to maintain sufficient color contrast for interactive and primary content, and use underlined links (no color-only distinction)
- The Interface is designed to support text resizing and zoom up to 200%; formal zoom testing across all views is ongoing
- We test with manual checks and unit tests, and are integrating automated accessibility regression testing (axe-core) and expanding structured screen reader testing
Conformance Status
We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance. Content that conforms to WCAG 2.2 also conforms to WCAG 2.1, which is referenced in major regulatory guidance (including U.S. DOJ ADA rules).
Tested Environments
The Interface is tested in major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). We are expanding our testing with assistive technologies including NVDA (Windows) and VoiceOver (macOS/iOS).
Known Limitations
We are aware of the following areas where the Interface does not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA:
- Disabled control contrast: Inactive (disabled) form controls and purely decorative elements use a lower-contrast text color (approximately 3:1 ratio). These are exempt under WCAG 1.4.3 ("incidental" text in inactive UI components). All informational and interactive text meets the 4.5:1 AA threshold.
- 200% zoom verification: Layout is built with relative units (rem, flexible containers) and is expected to reflow correctly at 200% zoom, but systematic testing at that scale across all views has not been completed.
- Automated regression testing: We use unit tests for component behavior but have not yet integrated axe-core or equivalent automated accessibility scanning into our CI pipeline.
Third-Party Content
This statement applies to TWZRD-operated Interfaces at app.twzrd.xyz, defi.twzrd.xyz, and api.twzrd.xyz. Third-party platforms and wallet providers (e.g., Phantom, Twitch) may have separate accessibility policies and features.
